Feel free to re-apply for PR after you've gotten some practise. In the meantime, give the cleaner and typsetter guidelines a read! There are versions of photoshop for every computer, but the one we offer here is CS 6 for PC (I believe). I'm on a mac and I use a free older version that has most of the features. Adobe has pretty good coverage for all platforms though so I'm sure there's something for your computer unless it's a super slow netbook or something with small RAM and a slow core.

Thank you for your praise! This is the constructive criticism I need! I definitely am still interested in the Proofreading job and will study hard! But for the typesetting job, would I need photoshop because my computer does not support it.

Thanks for applying, Nanami.
Unfortunately, I can't pass you as a PR right now. While I can tell you have a great grasp of natural spoken English, grammar still needs to be applied according to the guidelines. There were multiple mistakes in the MC, spelling and script sections so I'd recommend going over the guidelines and practicing with some grammar workbooks if you're still considering being a PR. However, we do really need help on cleaning and typesetting! Training is provided for those from scratch and we'd be happy to teach you if you're willing to learn.

Congrats, you pass the PR test! I'd recommend finishing PR training before going on to QC training because then you'll have one part down pat.
I'll have your training thread up soon so we'll continue there. Trainees typically finish 3 trial chapters with one of us before becoming full fledged staff.

Another one to consider when you open up for new projects is Hapira Hajimaru. Found it a few months ago and the scan group is not active anymore but I don't know if the raws can be found anywhere.
Just wanted to put it out there

Hopefully new projects will be taken on soon with all the new trainees  :skip:
